Snake Goddess

She came from the Aegean island of Knossos. Perhaps she was able to tame the reptilian charachter of dualistic mind and to see into the luminous nature of all that is. Did people understand her level of realization or think she was a mere snake charmer?

The Artist

Art through the history of time has been our story, both personal and public. From our beginning, from the cave paintings of Lascaux - the hands and bison - it is how we have shared what is important to us. What is expressed is both private and communal, it is timeless and timely. I love art. I love the artists whose stories come out in colors, shapes, and textures. I love all the genres for they reveal our hopes and shortcomings as humans interacting with this world, our perceptions, our desire to understand and to transcend. Even the pain and suffering of life becomes beautiful through the process of revelation.

This is the legacy of the artist - to reveal the seen and unseen through mysticism, healing, and humility; through composing the elements and deconstructing concepts. The canvas is our mirror, let us see who we really are.
